Do you want to lose weight and get in shape or do you have a personal fitness goal ? Have you Heard of online personal training ? When you sign up, you'll work directly with me, I’m going to design a fully-customized workout plan based on your goals. *This is How we’re going to work together : 1- Initial Consultation Online personal training program begins with an initial consultation between you and your personal trainer. This consultation will take place over video call, text message, and e-mail. We will discuss your : • Health and fitness goals •Fitness background and how long you’ve been exercising •Medical history such as injuries and surgeries •Workout preferences such as location and equipment and type of training Note : This information is necessary for me to create an effective and safe fitness plan for you. This consultation is also necessary for me as a personal trainer to have an idea about you and your background and how to keep you motivated. 2-Your Online Fitness Plan After your consultation, I will use the information you provided and build a personalized plan for you. Online fitness plans can vary from a few weeks to 3 months, but I will constantly be changing as you improve and progress. 3-Workouts •Digital spreadsheet with Video demonstrations •Live video conferencing with real-time feedback (Online Personal Training). 4-Ongoing Coaching : Ongoing Coaching allows me to provide my clients with on-going support, guidance, and accountability. As Your (online) fitness coach I will schedule weekly coaching slot for you to work on tracking your progress and program design . it can take place over text, email, phone call, or video call. •Progress tracking : As you’re exercising, it’s important to track your progress to develop your next program. This information will let me know your strengths and week areas. We will discuss your progress, obstacles and ways to improve. If you have any questions about your workouts or nutrition program or you’re looking for tips or advice . On That day You can ask your coach what you need. *You can combine Online Personal Training with In-Person Training (Hybrid Training) to get the best value ( see your Trainer once a week, then do 2 other workouts by yourself ).
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least [24 hours] in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. *Late Cancellations/No-Shows : A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than [24 hours] before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client a [100%] missed appointment fee.
