Boxing

Boxing training delivers a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and mental toughness. Our boxing program teaches proper punching technique, footwork, defensive skills, and conditioning through pad work, heavy bag training, and boxing-specific drills. You'll develop speed, power, and endurance while learning a practical self-defense skill.
Sessions include combinations, head movement, body positioning, and rhythm development that make you a more skilled boxer. Your boxing coach will work with you on focus mitts to sharpen your accuracy and timing while providing an intense calorie-burning workout. The program suits all levels from complete beginners to experienced boxers looking to refine their technique.
